A rare opportunity to join one of Perth’s most respected boutique residential builders, known for delivering award winning new homes, large scale renovations and architecturally designed extensions across the cities premium suburbs. With a focus on craftsmanship, client service and collaboration, this builder has carved out a reputation for delivering homes that are truly one of a kind.
Due to ongoing demand and repeat business from architects, designers and private clients, they are now seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a portfolio of luxury residential builds ranging in value from $2M to $6M. You will be responsible for managing three to four projects at any one time, supported directly by the business owners and an experienced internal team.
About the Role
As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day to day delivery of each project, ensuring high quality finishes, smooth client communication and strict adherence to safety and program expectations. You will be involved from site preparation through to handover, with a hands on approach to problem solving and coordination.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and scheduling subcontractors, suppliers and trades across multiple sites
- Ensuring construction quality, safety and compliance standards are met at all times
- Communicating with architects, designers and engineers to resolve technical details
- Collaborating with clients and the directors throughout the build process
- Driving the program and maintaining momentum across sites
- Representing the business in a professional and respectful manner at all times
- Proven experience delivering high end residential projects valued at $3M and above
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and premium finishes
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple builds without compromising on quality
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A client focused mindset and pride in delivering outstanding homes
- White Card and relevant construction qualifications
- Driver’s license and reliable transport
- Salary of up to $200K + Super + Vehicle or allowance(negotiable based on experience)
