Are you an experienced Site Supervisor with a passion for delivering custom homes? 

A fast-growing custom builder are looking to add an additional supervisor to their team due to growth. Our client is a bespoke and luxury house builder. All projects are circa $1-4 million. 

As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of luxury homes, ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality. You will manage site operations, programming, coordinate trades, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction. The beauty is that these projects are all Brisbane based.

• Supervise and manage all aspects of construction projects, from programming to completion.
• Manage 3 - 6 bespoke luxury new build projects.
• Coordinate and schedule trades, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Maintain a safe work environment in line with OH&S practices.
• Provide regular project updates to management and clients.

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry, preferably high end
• Ideally trade background, but not essential 
• Local experience
• In-depth knowledge of construction programming, OH&S practices, and quality standards.
