The company:
An established Tier 2 builder that focuses on new build & fit-out projects up to $150m in WA. They build in a variety of sectors such as Government, Health Care, Retail & Education. The company was founded over 50 years ago and since its inception, has grown year on year.
They require a Site Manager to help deliver a complex education project located South of the River.
Duties will include:
- Assisting with full site setup and daily coordination
- Supervising trades and subcontractors on site
- Monitoring work progress to ensure tasks are completed on time and to required quality standards
- Supporting the implementation and monitoring of health and safety (OH&S) requirements on site
- Liaising with site management and stakeholders as directed
- Minimum 4+ years local experience as a Site Supervisor on commercial projects
- Demonstrated experience supervising site operations on Commercial Projects up to $30m
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Sound knowledge of OH&S practices and procedures
- Ability to work independently while following site management direction
