We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor
to join a leading contractor on a major Defence infrastructure project in Townsville.
The Project
- Tier 1 Defence infrastructure works
- Roads, drainage, and associated civil works
- Long-term pipeline of work for the right candidate
As Civil Supervisor, you will:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations across roads and drainage packages
- Manage subcontractors and crews to deliver works safely, on time, and to quality standards
- Conduct prestart meetings, toolbox talks, and ensure OHS compliance
- Coordinate with project engineers and managers to meet program milestones
- Drive productivity and foster a positive team culture on site
- Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor on roads, drainage, or infrastructure projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage subcontractors and direct labour
- Sound knowledge of safety systems, QA, and compliance requirements
- Defence project experience highly regarded, but not essential
- Commitment to delivering works to Tier 1 standards
- Work on a landmark Tier 1 Defence project in Townsville
