About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Site Supervisor to oversee a townhouse development project comprising 90 units in Logan, Brisbane. This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable company and lead the site operations from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and manage subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations
- Maintain high standards of health and safety on site
- Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Monitor progress and report on project milestones and issues
- Manage site resources efficiently to meet deadlines and budget targets
- Valid QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (mandatory)
- Proven experience supervising residential townhouse developments or similar projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and problem-solve on site
- Immediate availability
