Our client, an established builder in Sydney's CBD are looking for a Site Supervisor to join the team due to organic growth to manage fit out and refurbishment projects.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with and coordinate all trades / suppliers to deliver services on time
- Liaise with clients and keep them up to date on the progress of projects
- Check materials delivered to ensure they are correct
- Ensure all project milestones are reached as per the scheduled time frames
- Undertake quality control process throughout the construction process and action any defects
- Solve construction issues with trades and suppliers in an efficient time frame
- Undertake WHS inspections and ensure construction sites are in a clean and safe condition
- Coordinate trades and clients during maintenance period
Your background:
- 3+ years' experience supervising Commercial projects
- A strong knowledge of Fit out and Refurbishment projects
- understanding of building codes
- Trade background
