As Site Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities
- Deliver bespoke, high-end residential projects to the highest standard
- Work collaboratively with the Project Manager and Director
- Maintain build programs, budgets, and quality control
- Lead site teams and coordinate experienced subcontractors
- Ensure all work complies with safety and documentation requirements
- Proven experience delivering high-end residential new builds of a similar scale with basements
- Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
- Confident using construction management systems and documentation software
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to high-quality finishes
- Proactive, hands-on, and passionate about contributing to a growing business
