We’re seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join a leading commercial interiors and fitout contractor for a 5-month contract in Adelaide. This role will see you overseeing a high-quality commercial project from start to finish, ensuring smooth delivery across safety, quality, and program objectives.
The Role:
As the Site Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for coordinating trades, managing site activities, and maintaining a strong safety culture on-site. You’ll work closely with the Project Manager and subcontractors to drive progress, maintain quality standards, and achieve deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site operations and subcontractor performance
- Ensure compliance with OH&S and site safety standards
- Manage schedules, site documentation, and progress reporting
- Maintain strong relationships with trades, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Deliver the project to specification, on time and within scope
- Proven experience supervising commercial fitout or refurbishment projects
- Strong understanding of construction methodology and sequencing
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Current White Card and relevant site tickets
- Available to commence immediately in Adelaide
- $70 per hour + superannuation
- 38-hour work week
