We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and reputable residential builder seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a stable, long-term role overseeing high-volume investment builds within a single estate.
About the Role:
As the Site Supervisor, you will manage 25–35 investment homes concurrently, ensuring all builds are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position is well-suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings proven experience across similar high-volume residential projects.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years’ experience supervising high-volume residential investment builds
- Experience managing 25–35 homes within one estate
- A strong existing trade base (carpenters, bricklayers, painters, tilers)
- Strong communication, organisation, and contractor management skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with high attention to detail
• $120K–$130K salary package (dependent on experience)
