The role:
- Supervise the build of up to 20 new homes in Norwest.
- Co-ordinate and schedule daily workloads
- Manage labour and trades both direct and subcontracted
- Keep regularly, weekly contact with the client
- Keep the company and customer up to date on progress and performance
- Resolve any problems
- Regular weekly meetings with the General Manager
- At least 4 years' experience as a supervisor for project and custom homes
- A solid background within residential construction
- Relevant trade qualifications - carpentry or building ideally
- Previous experience managing multiple sites
- Previous experience working for a project home builder
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Boutique and growing company in NSW
- Working under the leadership of a highly respected and experienced General Manager who has been in the industry for over 20 years and who has run this department for over 5 years
- Well-developed and organised software systems and databases for coordinating projects from site
- Experienced and stable office staff in estimating and drafting to assist with any queries
- Strong project pipeline that ensures long-term work as the company is very established
- Local work to the western Sydney areas
