The Role
- Oversee and coordinate the final stages of a multi-residential apartment project
- Manage trades, subcontractors, and daily site activities
- Drive programme to ensure completion targets are met
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance
- Work closely with the Site Manager and project team to achieve a smooth project handover
- Immediate role on a Geelong apartment project finishing in August
- Strong pipeline of future projects across Melbourne
- Opportunity to join a stable and growing commercial builder with a strong reputation for delivering quality projects
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor/Foreman on apartment or multi-residential projects
- Strong ability to manage subcontractors and site logistics
- Solid understanding of finishing stages, defects, and project close-out
- Strong communication and leadership skills
The current project is based in Geelong, with future projects across Melbourne. Candidates based in Melbourne’s western suburbs will be highly regarded as they will be well positioned to service both locations.
