The Role
- Manage day to day site operations across staged builds
- Coordinate trades, suppliers, and site logistics
- Deliver projects in line with program, budget, and quality expectations
- Maintain strong communication with internal teams and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety and building standards
- Play a key role in the delivery of a flagship resort-style community
- Proven experience as a Site Manager / Supervisor in residential construction
- Experience across volume or multi residential / staged developments highly regarded
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Proactive, hands on leadership style
- Professional and client focused approach
- Competent with Microsoft Office and general site systems
- Ability to manage multiple builds within a structured program
