As Site Supervisor, you will take ownership of projects from site set-up through to completion, ensuring delivery is on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing day-to-day site operations across retail fit out projects
- Coordinating trades, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Driving programme and ensuring key milestones are met
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety on site
- Liaising with project managers, clients, and stakeholders
- Managing site documentation and reporting
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreman in retail fit out or commercial fit out
- Strong ability to manage fast-paced, short programme projects
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach on site
- Solid understanding of HSE requirements and site compliance
