The Role
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will take ownership of on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and supervising all on-site trades and subcontractors
- Driving program and ensuring key milestones are achieved
- Maintaining a strong focus on OH&S compliance and site safety
- Managing quality assurance and defect minimisation
- Liaising with consultants, clients and internal teams
- Ensuring site documentation and reporting is up to date
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor/Foreman on multi-residential or apartment projects
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and methodology
- Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain programme
- High attention to detail with a focus on quality outcomes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Relevant trade or construction qualification
