A well-established residential builder is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their growing Brisbane team.
This role will see you overseeing approximately 25 investment homes at various stages of construction across the Brisbane region. You'll be responsible for managing trades, maintaining build quality, ensuring projects remain on schedule, and delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the construction process.

- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors on site
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to company quality standards
- Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks
- Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety requirements
- Liaise with clients, trades and internal stakeholders throughout the build process
- Drive productivity and maintain construction schedules
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor within residential construction
- Strong knowledge of residential building practices and construction sequencing
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong focus on quality, safety and customer service
- QBCC Supervisor Licence preferred
- Current Driver's Licence
