Our client is a leading national contractor with a strong track record delivering complex, high value projects across commercial, health, education and critical infrastructure sectors. With a secured pipeline in excess of $1bn, they are now moving into delivery of a flagship hyperscale data centre project.
They are seeking an experienced Interiors Supervisor to take ownership of the internal fitout packages on this landmark build. This is a key role supporting the delivery of highly serviced, technically demanding spaces within a live construction environment.
You will be working alongside an experienced senior leadership team, contributing to the successful delivery of one of the most significant data centre projects currently in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee delivery of all interior fitout works across allocated zones
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors across finishes, services interface and specialist trades
- Monitor daily progress against programme, ensuring sequencing aligns with broader construction milestones
- Maintain strict control over quality standards across all finishes and installed elements
- Drive site safety across all interior works, ensuring compliance with project and legislative requirements
- Support commissioning and handover processes, ensuring documentation and defect management is completed to a high standard
- Assist with cost control across relevant packages in line with project targets
- Trade qualified background
- Demonstrated experience working for a head contractor on major projects ($50m+)
- Strong interiors / fitout experience within complex commercial or critical infrastructure environments
- Proven ability to deliver high quality finishes within tight programme constraints
- Experience managing multiple subcontractors across detailed fitout packages
- Strong understanding of safety, quality and programme management on large scale builds
