From Peppy Grove and Cottesloe to City Beach, Mosman Park and Swanbourne, you will oversee the construction of five to six bespoke homes at a time, including single, double and triple storey builds with basements and undercrosses.
What’s On Offer
- Projects from $3M to $8M
- Manage no more than six homes at once
- Focus on quality craftsmanship and architectural detail
- Up to $150k plus super plus fully maintained vehicle
- Scheduling and coordinating all trades and suppliers
- Managing construction programs and ensuring key milestones are met
- Overseeing site safety, compliance and presentation
- Liaising with clients, architects and internal teams
- Resolving onsite issues
- Ensuring workmanship meets the highest standards throughout the build
- Experience supervising high end custom homes
- Strong technical knowledge of residential construction methods
- Confident communicator with clients, architects and trades
- Detail driven with a professional, quality-focused approach.
