The Role:
- Coordinating day-to-day operations across several new build sites
- Overseeing trades, deliveries, and site safety
- Monitoring progress to ensure timelines and quality benchmarks are met
- Keeping systems updated and reporting build status to management
- Communicating with clients and internal teams to maintain smooth delivery
- Managing site inspections and ensuring build compliance
About you:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience supervising residential construction projects
- Well organised, with the ability to juggle multiple sites efficiently
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A proactive, solutions driven mindset
- Solid understanding of construction regulations, WHS, and quality control processes
