This role suits someone who is organised, hands on, and comfortable managing multiple builds while maintaining quality, safety, and timelines.
You’ll be supported by Construction and Building Managers, along with in house admin support, allowing you to focus on site delivery rather than paperwork.
You’ll oversee residential projects from slab to handover, ensuring homes are delivered on time, within budget, and to a consistent standard.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing approximately 25 residential builds
- Coordinating trades, office staff, and clients, including on-site client meetings
- Managing schedules and priorities to keep projects on track
- Reviewing JHAs, SWMS, and work procedures, and recommending improvements
- Supervising subcontractors to ensure compliance with quality, cost, program, and safety requirements
- Maintaining strong OH&S standards across all sites
- Proven experience supervising residential builds
- Hands on site supervision and trade coordination experience
- Strong understanding of OH&S and compliance
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Consistent delivery of quality builds
- Salary up to $120,000 + Super + Bonus(depending on experience)
