You’ll manage residential builds central to Clarkson, overseeing projects from slab to handover while maintaining quality, safety, and timelines.
You’ll be supported by Construction and Building Managers plus in‑house admin support, allowing you to focus on site delivery rather than paperwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing multiple builds — approx. 25 active homes (double experience preferred)
- Coordinating trades and clients, including on‑site client meetings
- Managing schedules to keep projects on track
- Supervising subcontractors to ensure compliance with quality, cost, program, and safety requirements
- Maintaining strong OH&S standards across all sites
- Proven experience supervising residential builds
- Hands‑on site supervision and trade coordination experience
- Strong understanding of OH&S and compliance
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Consistent delivery of quality builds
- Salary up to $120,000 + Super + Bonus(depending on experience)
