Join a leading custom home builder delivering beautifully designed residences, including 1 and 2 storey renovations and extensions. This role will see you managing 5-6 sites at any one time across central suburbs.

- Supervise day-to-day site operations on mid to high-end projects
- Drive quality control
- Coordinate trades, subcontractors, deliveries, and inspections
- Maintain site schedules and report progress to the Construction Manager
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to premium standards
- Identify defects early and ensure rectifications before handover
- Proven experience supervising residential homes (Renovations and/or Extensions experience held in high regard)
- Strong ability to read plans and manage trades
- Exceptional communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of construction sequencing and WHS standards
- High level of pride in workmanship and site presentation
