About the Role:
- Strong pipeline of projects - Flood Recovery, Road Construction, Bridges and more
- Strong leaders with vast experience with Tier 1 Contractors
- Projects across Brisbane, Toowoomba, Ipswich and Northern NSW regions
- Supervise daily site activities for road, bridge, and infrastructure projects.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to maintain efficient workflow.
- Monitor project schedules, progress, and resources, addressing any site issues proactively.
- Enforce workplace health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure all documentation and reporting requirements are met.
- Proven experience as a Civil Site Supervisor in roads, bridges, and infrastructure construction.
- Strong knowledge of TMR specifications, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and project documentation.
- Willingness to travel to regional project sites as required.
- White Card and relevant construction tickets (e.g., RIW, First Aid, Traffic Management) preferred.
