- Manage trades, quality, OH&S, and build timelines
- Maintain relationships with clients and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with NCC, R-Codes, and company standards
- Must have WA experience in a Site Supervisor / Construction Supervisor role
- Experience supervising single-storey residential construction
- Strong knowledge of WA construction sequencing & trade management
- Ability to manage multiple builds efficiently
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
