They build 500 homes a year across the state and are looking for a new team member in their busy southwest Sydney area.
Office support with estimating, drafting/design and customer service teams in place to assist with the day-to-day tasks and problem solving. All office-based staff are long-term employees and highly knowledgeable.
The role:
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, tradespeople, and site labor across up to 20 homes
- Ensure construction is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Interpret and implement building plans, specifications, and engineering drawings
- Conduct regular site inspections and manage compliance with safety and building codes
- Schedule and manage delivery of materials, tools, and equipment
- Resolve on-site issues, delays, or variations promptly and effectively
- Maintain detailed site records including daily logs, reports, and safety documentation
- Enforce workplace health and safety (WHS) policies and procedures
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and local authorities as needed
- Support and mentor junior staff or apprentices on site
- Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations
- Project homes supervising experience
- Good trade base and trade knowledge in the are
- Proactive, self-driven work ethic
- A driver's license and white card
- Strong computer literacy and written and verbal communication skills
