You will be joining a $30M+ retail project located in Brisbane’s southside suburbs, working closely with the site and project teams to ensure safe and efficient project delivery.
About You
- Experience as a Site Supervisor and/or Leading Hand, with exposure to site safety systems
- Hold a Certificate IV in WHS
- Trade background highly desirable
- Flexible and hands-on — willing to roll your sleeves up where needed
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence behaviours and engage site teams
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and confident working in a fast-paced construction environment
- Salary package up to $150k, dependent on experience
