An established and award-winning residential builder in Perth is seeking a full-time Sketch Designer to join their growing team.
This role will see you working closely with the sales department to produce high-quality sketch designs for new homes across the metro area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve design and construction challenges
- Provide design input and guidance to senior consultants
- Create ArchiCAD sketches based on design consultant briefs
- Contribute to the design of premium display homes
- Certificate IV in Residential Drafting or Diploma of Building Design & Technology
- At least 3 years’ residential drafting experience with a Perth project builder using ArchiCAD
- Strong understanding of construction processes, R-Codes, and NCC requirements
- Creative eye with attention to detail
- Ability to manage deadlines under pressure
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Positive, team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
