The Role
- Supervising all structural works (concrete, formwork, reinforcement, post-tensioning)
- Coordinating subcontractors and trades on-site
- Driving program and ensuring milestones are met
- Maintaining strict WHS compliance
- Conducting daily pre-starts and toolbox talks
- Managing inspections and quality control processes
- Liaising with engineers, consultants, and site management
- Proven experience as a Structural Foreman on high-rise projects
- Strong background in reinforced concrete structures
- Ability to manage multiple crews and subcontractors
- Excellent knowledge of Australian building codes and WHS standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Available for an immediate or short-notice start (preferred)
