Structural Foreman
Design & Build Recruitment is searching for an experienced Structures Foreman to join our client, a national property developer builder, specialising in high end homes and apartments.
The successful candidate will be working within an experienced team on a new build project worth $200M. The project is due to commence in January 2026 and will be based in the inner city of Brisbane. You will be working closely with the Site Manager to deliver an exquisite riverside project consisting of 2 x residential towers, luxury terraced housing and apartments.

Requirements:
- Must be experienced working as a structure’s foreman on multistorey projects
- Confident in your abilities to communicate with Senior Management and sub-contractors alike
- Ability to hold toolbox talks and promote safe work sites
- Have the ability to work both autonomously and as a part of a team
- Ability to write a short-term construction programmes
- Experience using Hammertech, Procore, and MS Projects
