About the Role This position will oversee all concrete structures on site, including foundations, slabs, pedestals, in situ pours, formwork, reinforcement, precast elements, and associated civil works.
You will be responsible for managing site teams, maintaining safety and quality, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring works are delivered to program.
The roster is FIFO 10/4, with travel paid on company time, ensuring a balanced and well-supported rotation.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day delivery of concrete structural works across the renewable energy project.
- Manage formwork, reinforcement, concrete placement, curing, and structural sequencing.
- Lead and coordinate site crews and specialist subcontractors to meet production targets.
- Ensure all works comply with engineering drawings, specifications, ITPs, and quality documentation.
- Champion safety on site through toolbox talks, safety observations, and adherence to WHS protocols.
- Plan daily work fronts, resource allocations, and equipment requirements with project engineering staff.
- Track progress against program and provide accurate daily reporting and site records.
- Maintain strong communication with the Project Engineer, Site Manager, and client representatives.
- Proven experience as a Structures Supervisor, Foreman, or Leading Hand delivering concrete structures.
- Strong technical understanding of structural concrete works, formwork systems, reinforcement, and finishing.
- Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and manage quality compliance.
- Solid leadership skills and the ability to manage crews in a fast-paced project environment.
- Excellent safety mindset and understanding of site HSE processes.
- FIFO experience preferred but not essential.
