Team:
Recruit & Lead a team of around 10 (Senior Contracts Administrators, Contracts Administrators & Quantity Surveyors)

- Leads the on-site and off-site contract administrators and quantity surveyors in day-to-day downstream contract administration across the project subcontractors onshore.
- Takes the lead advising across project in respect of upstream and downstream claims strategy, responses, negotiation and disputes. Leads and develops processes to succeed in Claims quantum and schedule analysis.
- Oversee the preparation and review of subcontract management plans, processes, and guides. Implementation of processes to manage commercial risk and compliance.
- Guide the team in providing advice for effective contract administration. Trains and develops personnel.
- Manages major downstream subcontracts taking a “hands on” approach
- Leads the Contract Administrators on negotiation and close out of subcontract conditions.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, administration, engineering, quantity surveying, law, or related field
- 10+ years in senior commercial, contract, and downstream contract management on major Australian projects
- Experience with Electrical and Mechanical scope and underground installation contracts
- Strong business acumen with tendering, financial management, and contract administration experience
- Experienced in claims, dispute resolution, and leading negotiations
