About the Opportunity
A well-established residential developer is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the delivery of a lifestyle village in Agnes Water. This is a long-term opportunity with a strong pipeline of ongoing projects in the region.
The Project
- Lifestyle village comprising 60 low-set detached homes
- Consistent build type across all dwellings (streamlined delivery)
- Construction released in phases
- Approx. 3-year project duration, with another development scheduled to commence locally upon completion
- Supervise day-to-day site operations across staged builds
- Coordinate trades, materials, and schedules to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance
- Liaise with project stakeholders and provide regular progress updates
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in residential construction
- Ability to manage multiple builds concurrently in staged delivery
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- QBCC licence not essential(experience valued over licensing for this role)
