This role will see you supervising subcontractors and coordinating site activities to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard of quality.
The Role
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors across the internal fit-out scope
- Manage daily site operations and ensure works are delivered safely and efficiently
- Conduct site inspections and maintain high quality standards
- Work closely with the Project Manager and wider delivery team
- Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and company procedures
- Monitor programme and assist in driving project milestones
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on commercial fit-out projects
- Experience delivering projects within live or technically complex environments (data centres, services-heavy projects, healthcare, etc. highly regarded)
- Strong understanding of site safety, compliance, and subcontractor management
- Ability to coordinate multiple trades and maintain programme
- White Card and relevant site certifications
