Opportunity for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a leading Tier 2 builder delivering a major health project in South West Sydney.

The Role
- Oversee day-to-day site operations on a health project
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors to achieve programme, quality and safety outcomes
- Conduct site inductions and maintain high compliance standards
- Monitor subcontractor performance and report to the Site Manager
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, consultants and site teams
- Trade background
- Experience working for a head contractor in Australia is essential
- Proven experience as a Supervisor / Foreman on commercial or health projects
- Strong track record managing subcontractors and driving programme
- Solid understanding of health and safety legislation and site compliance
- Secure role on a flagship health project
