Supervisor

Due to a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, we are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee crews, plant, resources and ensure works are completed to the highest standards of safety, quality and efficiency. In this role, you will lead from the front — working closely with project managers and engineers, coordinating site activities, monitoring progress and ensuring compliance with both client expectations and regulatory requirements. You’ll bring a proactive approach to problem-solving, a strong focus on safety and a proven ability to keep projects on time and on budget.

• Supervise civil crews, plant and resources to deliver works efficiently and safely.

• Proven experience managing crews, plant and resources in a civil environment.
