This is an exciting opportunity to oversee a mix of renovation and new build projects valued up to $5m. You’ll take ownership of 1–2 projects at a time, ensuring they are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the high standard the business is known for.
With some on-the-tools involvement when needed, this role is ideal for a Supervisor with a carpentry background who prides themselves on craftsmanship, has a sharp eye for detail, and thrives on driving progress and outcomes.
What the role will involve:
- Managing all on-site activities for one or two projects
- Planning daily and weekly schedules, allocating work, and tracking progress
- Ordering and coordinating materials, tools, and equipment
- Ensuring site safety, compliance, and presentation standards are maintained
- Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Representing the business professionally with clients, consultants, and trades
- Assisting on the tools as required to support your team and keep projects on track
- Carpentry background with experience in high-end renovations, extensions, and/or new builds
- Proven ability to lead, coordinate, and motivate site teams
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, premium finishes, and site logistics
- Confidence reading and interpreting plans and drawings, with excellent attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and initiative
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and control
- Well set up with your own tools and a reliable vehicle
