The Role Working on major wind farm developments, you will be responsible for supervising crews delivering large-scale concrete structures in a self-performing environment. This includes turbine foundations and associated civil infrastructure.
Roster: 10 days on, 4 days off
Travel: Paid on company time
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise site crews delivering concrete structures and civil works
- Oversee turbine foundations and associated infrastructure
- Coordinate labour, plant, and materials on site
- Drive productivity while maintaining high safety standards
- Work closely with Project Engineers and Site Managers
- Ensure quality control and programme targets are achieved
- Proven experience supervising concrete structures in a self-performing environment
- Background in carpentry or concreting(highly regarded)
- Experience on large civil or renewable energy projects
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to drive safety, quality, and programme outcomes
- Willingness to work a 10:4 roster
