The Role On behalf of our client, we are looking for a supervisor who can:
- Manage 10–15 residential builds concurrently
- Coordinate trades and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery
- Maintain strong QA processes and manage defects effectively
- Ensure full compliance with NCC, QBCC and WHS requirements
- Communicate confidently with clients throughout the build process
- Oversee projects from Ipswich, Logan and up to Caloundra
- Current QBCC Supervisor Licence (essential)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience supervising residential builds
- Proven experience managing multiple builds simultaneously (10–15)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to manage trades, schedules and site quality effectively
- Experience with construction software systems
- Buildxact experience preferred but not essential
- $110,000 – $120,000 + Super
- Company vehicle provided
