About the Role:
Working closely with the Project Manager, you will oversee on-site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site activities
- Coordinate subcontractors and trades
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Monitor project timelines and report progress to the Project Manager
- Maintain high-quality workmanship standards
- Manage site documentation and reporting
- Current QBCC licence
- Valid First Aid Certificate
- Current CPR certification
- Proven experience supervising building projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to commit to a 6-month contract
- Able to pass drug and medical test
- Immediate start
