Role Overview:
Reporting directly to the Project Manager, the Site Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of this prestigious site, ensuring its successful delivery on time, within budget, and to an exceptional standard of quality.

Role Overview:
Reporting directly to the Project Manager, the Site Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of this prestigious site, ensuring its successful delivery on time, within budget, and to an exceptional standard of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the coordination of trades, direct labour, and materials.
- Act as the point of contact between Engineers, Senior Management, and Architects.
- Proactively address on-site challenges while maintaining strict Health & Safety standards.
- Ensure the project is delivered to the highest quality while achieving time and budget goals.
- At least 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager with a principal contractor working on large scale fit outs and refurbs.
- High end hospitality fit out experience is highly advantageous.
- Proven experience managing projects valued at $10m or more.
- Expertise in commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.
- Construction-related tertiary qualification.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills.
- Ability to effectively lead a team and collaborate with all project stakeholders.
