Supervisor
Design & Build Recruitment is searching for multiple experienced foreman or site supervisors to join a well-established national 50+ year business. These roles are all due to growth and a 2-year pipeline of secured work. You will join a team who will welcome you into the business, support you running your projects, and offer you the real opportunity to progress your career. You will be presented the opportunity to work on modular projects throughout Queensland.
About the Role – Supervisor
You will be responsible for assisting a very experienced project team with driving subcontractors on site as well as assisting with site safety, toolbox talks, QA and dealing with any construction issues.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Worked on residential and commercial new build projects $1M - $5M
- Excellent subbie management skills
- Commitment to quality and safety
- Able to work in team environment
- Motivated to contribute to a business and grow your own career
- Be well presented and a good communicator to clients and sub-contractors
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Able to pass a medical, drug & alcohol tests
- Willing and able to travel for work
