Our client is a well-established residential builder experiencing significant growth due to a strong influx of new projects across Brisbane’s western corridor. As a result, they are seeking to appoint x2 experienced Site Supervisors to join their team.
This role will see you managing a portfolio of approximately 10–18 homes across a mix of volume (“cookie cutter”) builds and some custom residential projects throughout Logan, Redbank Plains, and Ipswich.
About the Role
- Manage and oversee residential construction projects from site start through to handover
- Coordinate trades, suppliers, and scheduling to ensure builds are completed on time and to quality standards
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain WHS compliance
- Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and clients throughout the construction process
- Utilise Onsite Companion for construction management and reporting
- Previous experience as a Residential Site Supervisor within a volume building environment
- Ability to manage multiple builds simultaneously
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- QBCC Site Supervisor Licence essential
- Experience using Onsite Companion highly regarded
