Design & Build are working with a Sydney based builder who are looking for a Supervisor to run night works on a Commercial/Education project in Sydney's Inner West.

To be considered for the role of the Supervisor you will require:
- Construction Management/Building or equivalent
- Trade qualification is favorable
- Project experience from $2M+
- Proven industry experience on Commercial/Education projects.
- Previous experience managing sub contractors with programming
- Strong negotiating skills to implement contracts with sub contractors and suppliers to satisfy budgets, quality, safety and time requirements.
