About the company;
Our client is a leading provider of electronic security construction, service, and maintenance.
They have been operating for 50 + years and work across defense, government, healthcare, facilities management, and large-scale assets.
Due to a growth in their service portfolio, they are now seeking an experienced Service team leader/ supervisor to manage a team of techs.
Day-to-day duties but not limited to.
Manage a team of techs conducting Service and maintenance of electronic security systems
Working on defense bases
Working with a collaborative and supportive service team
Potential regional and working away from home work ( optional )
Working security panels and Gallagher systems ( Gallagher knowledge isn't essential, but a plus )
Reporting to a branch manager.
Selection Criteria.
- Valid security license
- Cabling license
- Two recent references
- Strong communication skills
- Strong time management
- Be able to pass a medical
- Two years of relevant on-site experience
