About the Role
In this hands-on role, you’ll collaborate closely with internal subject matter experts to design, update, and deliver cutting-edge training materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new learning materials from the ground up – built for practical use across field and technical roles.
- Revise and enhance existing training programs, aligning with current templates, industry standards, and best practices.
- Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate technical knowledge into engaging, learner-friendly formats.
- Proven experience in instructional design, training development, or L&D content creation
- A creative and practical mindset – with the ability to turn technical content into clear, engaging learning experience
- A solid understanding of the technical and safety requirements in these sectors will be highly regarded – previous experience in the heavy transport Industry, aviation or rail industries
- RTO experience - desirable / Cert IV Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
