I’m currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established engineering and manufacturing company that specialises in industrial systems and materials handling solutions. With steady growth and a strong project pipeline, they’re looking to add skilled tradespeople to their workshop and site teams.
About the Role:
You’ll be working on a variety of fabrication projects — including structural steel, frames, and components — using MIG/TIG welding across mild steel, stainless, and aluminium. You’ll read from fabrication drawings, work to tight tolerances, and take pride in delivering high-quality results.
What We’re Looking For:
- Trade qualification in Welding, Fabrication, or Boilermaking (or equivalent experience)
- Strong MIG and/or TIG welding skills
- Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-focused attitude
- Previous experience in manufacturing or materials handling
