The Company Our client is a well-established Tier 2 Builder with over 20 years of industry experience and a strong pipeline of upcoming projects spanning the Residential, Commercial, and Industrial sectors.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on one of Sydney’s most iconic projects, partnering with some of the top construction professionals in NSW across major datacentre and commercial new build developments.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and implementation of Health & Safety Management Plans
- Ensure compliance with WHS legislation and company procedures
- Provide training, support, and advice to team members and subcontractors
- Conduct site inspections, reviews, and risk assessments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employees and key stakeholders
- Lead incident investigations and reporting processes
- Minimum Cert IV in WHS/OH&S
- 2+ years’ experience in a WHS role within the construction industry
- Previous experience working for a Head Contractor(essential)
- Strong understanding of current WHS legislation and regulations
- Experience working on new build projects valued at $50M+
