Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and implementation of Health & Safety Management Plans
- Ensure compliance with WHS legislation and company procedures
- Provide training, support, and advice to team members and subcontractors
- Conduct site inspections, reviews, and risk assessments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employees and key stakeholders
- Lead incident investigations and reporting processes
- Minimum Cert IV in WHS/OH&S
- 1+ years’ experience in a WHS role within the construction industry
- WHS Admin experience highly regarded
- Previous experience working for a Head Contractor(essential)
- Strong understanding of current WHS legislation and regulations
- Experience working on new build projects valued at $50M+
