WHS Manager – Residential Homes
This well-regarded residential builder is renowned for its modern offices, positive team culture, and strong presence in the NSW housing market. With a growing pipeline of project homes and medium-density subdivision projects across Sydney’s Southwest and Northwest, they are seeking an experienced and motivated WHS Manager to join their team.
About the Role
Reporting to senior management, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving health and safety standards across multiple residential sites. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting audits, site safety walks, and inspections
- Investigating and reporting on incidents
- Delivering safety training to staff and subcontractors
- Conducting reviews, risk assessments, and implementing corrective actions
- Minimum Cert IV in WHS / OHS
- 2+ years’ experience in a health & safety role
- Demonstrated residential construction experience(essential)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Current driver’s licence – fully maintained vehicle provided
