WHS Site Officer

Join one of Australia’s leading food manufacturing company. 
  
This particular role is site based and working closely with the WHS Manager. 
This role is ideally for someone looking to kick-start their safety career. If you have prior site coordination experience within the food manufacturing space, this role if for you! 

The Role

• Ensure WHS processes are carried out effectively
• Coordinate and manage safety related tasks
• Ensure safety documentation is up to date
• Conduct site inspections, pre-starts & toolbox meetings
• Risk identification & assessment, ensuring regulations are met
• Carry out health and safety audits and work place inspections
• Maintaining the companies IMS

• Relevant qualifications in Health & Safety
• Food manufacturing experience is a must.
• Be able to develop and maintain relationships at all levels
• Have a good understanding of current WHS legislation
