We’re looking for an experienced Working Foreman to join our growing team, delivering high-quality projects across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. The Role
You’ll be hands-on in both supervision and delivery, managing day-to-day site operations while working alongside a skilled team. This role suits someone who enjoys being on the tools when needed but can confidently lead trades, maintain program, and uphold quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations across residential projects up to $6M
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
- Maintain site safety and compliance
- Read and interpret plans, manage sequencing, and problem-solve on site
- Liaise with project managers, clients, and suppliers
- Proven experience as a Working Foreman or Leading Hand stepping up
- Strong background in construction (residential or commercial)
- Ability to lead from the front and manage trades effectively
- Solid understanding of site safety and building regulations
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Pride in delivering quality workmanship
